Catherine's Orc

Bohler's friend, Alias, had already left the army with his cute little human mate. Their parting had been dangerous and violent. Bohler only had an inkling of an idea of where they had gone. But he made a promise that he would survive the battle and make it to them. He would see his friend again… and maybe he could even have his own mate with him when he did.

Catherine's world was one of silence and annoyance. The religious community she was a part of hated her for her inability to hear, calling it a punishment from the devil and swearing that they could cure her of it through prayers, olive branch floggings and… whatever else they thought of to do in the name of God.

But when Bohler and Catherine's worlds collide, they have to learn how to live in each other's worlds. And Bohler must decide who is more important to him: his best friend, or his new, delicate human.
